The best service! Got the car from them in perfect condition. Everything prepared for me to just grab the keys and drive without worrying about anything else. This was my first car and they helped me with getting the road tax as well. Highly reccomend!
We have used Chaseville Motor Company as a family now for 5 years. All of their cars are carefully hand picked and Bruno and Theo have been very helpful over the last week whilst I was in the process of purchasing another car from them. I part exchanged my first ever car bought in 2014 which never gave me any issues and the whole process was really smooth. They were both on board to answer any queries I had. I’m surprised this dealership even gets 2 stars. What an absolutely joke of a dealership. Customer service is terrible. Guys working there just rude and and you can plainly see they hate their jobs and wish they weren’t there. I bought a car from them and literally 2 months after I had to change all the breaks. Fair enough wear and tear I can understand that. But then couple months after that the engine started overheating and the cooling system in the car failed me. They refused to even give me time of day to have a look at the car. Honestly... Just stay away from this dodgy dealership. Don’t waste your time and money...
