Absolutely avoid this dealer. Sold me the car without disclosing the fact that car had a major accident before. During the first year of purchase, the issues kept coming up, I ended up spending nearly £3000 fixing the aircon condenser, leaking coolant tank and faulty electric window. When I contacted them for the issues during the warranty period, they just ignored my messages and phone calls. They promised to send me the service history book and vehicle handbook, but they never did.
From the first phone call to the final transaction, Grant has been a great salesman! I bought a van from Grant last week. The entire process has been smooth. Nothing was too much trouble. We drove from Colchester to have a look at the van. We met Judith, who was absolutely lovely! The van had foil on the back window and lots of racking built into the back. I asked if this could be removed, Grant was happy to oblige. Grant personally drive the vehicle to us which actually gave me peace of mind. After all the emails, it was great to finally meet Grant.
