Couldn’t recommend TBS enough! Ardian and his team are very professional, trustworthy, reliable and a joy to be around. They are in the process of doing an extension for us and every member of the team has shown a high degree of care and integrity. Highly recommend and would definitely use again! Ardian is always on hand to help with any queries or issues and with a wealth of knowledge to help provide excellent solutions. As a result he manages to remove a lot of the stress from a renovation!
I contacted TBS to provide my wife and I a quotation for a loft conversion, rewire, replumb, new double glazing, driveway, a double rear and single-story extension. Ervisa, Ardian and the team were professional, responsive, efficient and reliable. The level of detail given, and quality of the work was exceptional and although I had received quotations from other builders they came at a reasonable price (they were not cheapest, but they were also not the most expensive). We used TBS builders to do a complete update in our loft and first floor (remove and install new bathrooms, repainting, some structural work, new carpentry, electrics etc). Ardian and his team were professional, fast and communication was excellent through out the build. We engaged TBS to do a loft conversion. Ardian and the team at TBS are the most professional, responsive, reliable, and talented builders I have ever used (and we have used a few). Most importantly for us, they not only get the basics right like arrive on time, keep the place tidy, and work hard, they are also really good at anticipating issues and navigating solutions. Every member of the TBS team showed a high degree of care and integrity, as if they were working on their own property. TBS are also a great bunch of people that are easy to work with. Even during the difficulties of the last few months with supply chain issues and fuel shortages, TBS delivered to the highest standard without losing their cool. I highly recommend them.
