I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. I always go to them for new watch batteries and they've always done them in a timely and polite manner. I recently had a watch that I thought was faulty. They were honest enough to tell me the battery bit was loose and they put a bit of paper to keep it place, instead of charging me a fortune for 'repairs'; as I would have not known any better. Thank you Jatin - I appreciate your help.

Lovely man, he replaced my watch's battery. Very quick and kind.

⛔️⛔️⛔️UNPROFESSIONAL people. Hardly speak English. They have NO idea what they're doing. I took a watch to them for a battery change, and they ruined the screw head to the point that watch is beyond repair. Interesting enough, I initially asked them that if they think that they can not exchange the battery, they better not touch the watch, but they completely ignored what I said and ended up busting my watch beyond repair. AVOID these people.

Saw the poor review here but thought I'd give this place a try. I TOTALLY agree with the comments around POOR customer service. I called up a moment ago to ask for a price to value an engagement ring. He told me it will be between £30 - £50 - depending on the size of the diamond and the band. I'm not sure why the size of ring makes any difference, so I asked him to explain why there is a price difference. He told me that he has to do paperwork, add his stamp etc. (Isn't this the same if I give him a plastic ring or a £200,000 ring?) To me, it sounds like he will see the size of the diamond, and then assume what I can afford to pay him, thus charge me whatever he likes. I simply wanted an explanation as to why there is a difference in price. A valuation is a valuation... He eventually decided he didn't want to deal with me, saying "I don't do valuations, goodbye". A truly sad way to run a business - especially when he already has 1 pretty bad review on Google.

Very friendly and helpful. I wanted a piece of coral jewellery. The jeweller took the time to find and show me a few items from which to choose. I was very happy with the price and the service. My wife is very happy with the bracelet.
