I have worked for Surecall for the past 11months and have had no problems whatsoever Chloe and Anthea constantly have work for me, communication is great and they respect your work calendar no constant phone calls wanting you to do more. Definitely recommend!

I had various jobs with Surecall and never had an issue getting paid and never had any issues with the staff, all very nice people. However they do seem to have a lack of communication between each other and I was placed as an HGV driver in a couple of places that were not very good to work at, how a haulage operation runs isn't Surecalls fault though. I think under different circumstances they could be a very good agency to work for and they paid fairly well, it was also very pleasant dealing with the staff as they were all very nice on a personal level, Costi, Adonai, Dan and a young Woman called Chloe were who I dealt with and as far as being nice to speak to they all score highly.
These people just waisted my time.Absolutely amateurs ! Believe it or not 3 day in a row ,they are joking whit people and waisting there time. These scammers are fooling me around for a HGV CLASS 2 Driver role. I was on inductions in CLIPPERS LOGISTICS in Harwol. I was ready to start working whit (clear criminal records,0 points taken from my driving license and a negative drug test) the lady called Emily was supposed to find me a shift and she just stop picking the phone . So I decided to right this here ,because I don’t want other people in my situation to be fool around whit these unpleasant people! Stay awake people , look after your self !
