Please do yourselves a favour and avoid this business. In my life I have not come across a worse dry cleaners. If I could give them minus stars and had the time to sue them, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, bad quality and very expensive. They had my items for one month (!) before they finally got in touch. When I mentioned that it took too long, they said that they tried to call me - obviously they forgot that in the era of smart phones you can see whether someone tried to call you. They never did until that day. Then, even though they said that they deliver, that is not entirely correct - they deliver when it suits them. I could not do before 6pm because my husband is not around before then and cannot walk because I had surgery on my spine. I literally could not walk to the door. I explained that I had been to the hospital and was unwell. They refused to help saying they have grandchildren (so what?!). In the end my husband went and picked up the garments with our two small children on a Saturday. Then, a couple of items had stains on them and the cleaners said that they would try to get the stains out, and if they could not, they would not charge for these items. On the phone they said that they were unable to get the stains out and there was no charge. Yet when my husband went to pick up the clothes, they charged for those two items as well saying they had removed the stains - they have not, the items have each single stain in the same old place and a few of the stains are worse and runnier now. These people are shameless, heartless and unfit to run a business.
Will keep this brief as possible. Barnet has many dry cleaners for a small town but if you want a reliable first class service then look no further. Simply the best as never had one single issue with them whatsoever. Will pick up and deliver to your from door and both husband and wife team are very friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Bhati is just fabulous and I have been using Take 7 for over 15 years. I gave her a ball gown that had been worn to a university garden Ball and was consequently completely covered in grass and earth stains along the trim never thinking that anything could be done. Bhati restored it to completely new. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Can't hesitate to recommend Take 7.
The worst customer service, left with damaged items. Completely pushed aside and shown no care and consideration for what happened to my designer jacket. The man who owns is the shop is so rude, never someone I want to deal with again. The women had nothing to say but stand and watch. Terrible place.
I use Take 7 for dry cleaning, laundry, alterations and repairs. They collect and deliver regularly every week, always with a smile and are very courteous and efficient. I’ve used their service for about 15 years and the quality has always been superb. I am delighted with the service they offer and they are lovely people. I am a very satisfied and grateful customer..
