These guys are my local dry cleansers and I used them for my shirt for my wedding. When I got it back there was a stain on them which, to their credit, they told me about and said that they couldn’t get it out. They then asked me to pay the full amount and when I commented about the stain on the shirt they had the cheek to say that I should actually be paying them more because they had had to attempt to rewash it. The rest of the shirt was nicely cleaned and it was pressed. 2/5 for the cleaning job, 1/5 for their rudeness.
Absolutely ruined an expensive dress then said I should have gone elsewhere and refused to pay to have it repaired after taking my money for it too! The repair work is diabolical and the after service is appalling! AVOID this unprofessional shop!
Excellent service all round. My 2 piece suite and shirts came back like new! Customer service was 5 star. Definitely recommend!
