We used Abbey Partnership to convert our existing loft into two bedrooms and a shower room. They also retiled the whole roof and re-rendered the outside of the house. From the initial consultation with Tom, to planning, party wall, design, and the completion of the build, Abbey have been brilliant. Angji and his build team were extremely hard working, sometimes working 11 hour days and other times 6 days a week. We could not have asked for more from them. They were clean, tidy and their work completed to a very high standard. We went on holiday for two weeks during the project and had no issues whatsoever trusting them to carry on whilst we were away. Communication has been great throughout, we knew what was happening and when, and Rob and Tani were always on hand to assist, guiding us through the project. The project was delivered on time and to a very high standard. We could not be happier and would definitely recommend Abbey Partnership to anyone.

Abbey Lofts was a great find, given we are outside of London. We did not have the pitch in our roof to do a "simple" loft conversion, but their surveyor (Tom) came up with an innovative solution (drop first floor ceilings). When getting quotes from other companies many simply said a conversion was not possible. Abbey even worked with our own drawings (we had issue whereby our road did not have permitted development rights and we needed to, literally, go back to the drawing board), applying an appropriate discount to the work. Abbey were punctual, professional and completed on time and to budget (which was from a very competitive quote). They even supported where issues we had not foreseen with dropping ceilings arose (shower head over bath too low, so installed a ceiling flush-fit shower head!). Abbey even kept their promise to come back and review the naturally occurring movements post-build and make decorative repairs. Many thanks to Rob, Fatmir, Tani, Guy, Lauren and the rest of the team!
If you want craftsmanship , professionalism and attention to detail , plus a jolly fine bunch of workers , then you probably need to look no further . They are not the cheapest nor are they a rip off . Just remember , quality remains long after the price is forgotten . Just supply them with biscuits and they will perform wonders .
