We chanced upon Foxtons as we were desperately looking for a property we can move in by November that was within our budget. And hold and behold we were sent Carmen Pollard, she is an amazing agent and we cannot fault her dedication in finding us our property. There is no such thing as a perfect property but with Carmen’s help we managed to get a property that works well for our needs. They give us all the information we need to know and even if we have stupid questions, she would undoubtedly answer us honestly. I worked with Ivan Ninkovic. From the start he was pro-active in terms of showing my flat, and he was approachable and pleasant to work with. We ran into some legal issues around the lease extension, which caused us to lose our first sale. This was nothing to do with Foxtons. Ivan remained positive and committed to the resale of this flat - at times buffering us up. He did an absolutely fabulous job. You are in good, solid, capable hands.
