Odette Beauty is a hidden gem in Barnet. A little oasis of calm. You are always greeted with a smile. The staff are very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. There is a very friendly atmosphere. The treatments are amazing and the new memberships are a unique touch. Every time you depart you feel relaxed and recharged. I have used other salons in the past, but Odette is the best. Everyones' well being is at the heart of the service provided. Thank you Odette team.
Bought some caudalie products from them - the small size I ordered were not in stock so they kindly sent the larger size bottles. Lovely customer service and quick delivery . Would recommend and will definitely buy from again. The salon looks beautiful from the photos on line.... which I lived nearer ! Thank you Odette beauty

Really lovely staff who were so accommodating when I needed to amend my booking and feed my newborn halfway through my appointment. Georgia who did my nails was warm and welcoming. Thank you for such a fab experience. X
This salon is a complete waste of your money and the customer service is very poor - do not recommend. Unfortunately, I left my 30 min facial appointment extremely disappointed with the service I was provided. The towels used on my face were very rough and the pressure the beautician was using was very harsh on my skin. I found that she used minimal product, so much so that I could feel her skin more than any product on my skin. I also checked my face after the facial and realised that she did not do a thorough job of removing/washing off the mask that she applied. I was still trying to take it off when I got home as it had dried on my skin. I took pictures of my skin in the car right after my appointment and sent it to the contact email on their website to request a refund as it was one of the worst facials I have ever gotten - the photo showed my skin was very red and irritated from the towels and the pressure and the mask is still stuck to my face in certain places. The response to my email from the salon was defensive and there was not an apology in sight! I'm sure they will respond to this review with a defensive response. Definitely don't recommend this salon at all, I would give it zero stars if I could.
