My first time of treatment at Serenity, i was happy to see that Jodie is now working here! (Used her in previous salons) She's fantastic and thanks to her amazing skills i had a pain free wax!!!! Now I know she's here I'll definitely return....thanks C
The salon is beautiful. I felt so calm as soon as I walked in. The receptionist, who greeted me, was lovely and kind. Everything was nice and clean throughout and the room and bed where I had my treatment were great. My therapist, Eirine was fab! She was friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable. She was also very careful and thorough with my wax. My only tiny comment would be that I was still quite sticky after, even though Eirini did use the cream on my legs to remove stickiness. Perhaps having an oil would pair better with the type of warm wax you use?
The service I received was very welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. The beautician was very friendly and professional. I was nervous when I went in but soon relaxed and felt comfortable. I will be back for more treatments soon & ill be recommending this salon to friends & family
Maddie is a very friendly,.professional and knowledgeable young lady. She explained the different options in the types of wax and explained what she was doing at all times as well.as asking if I was ok and comfortable. I felt I was in great hands with a confident and professional beauty therapist . Well done Maddie
